• Responsible for all aspect of systems administration including servers, applications, and database. • Performs implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, usage monitoring and the development of specialized system procedures within the MVNO.• Manages the company’s central enterprise infrastructure that includes the following: Virtualized infrastructure of MVNO system, Corporate email, Corporate and MVNO data network, Overall network and system security• Address the disaster-recovery measures for business critical data.• Consolidates reports pertaining to system and business segment performance.• Optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning.• Assists in the management of service and maintenance contracts for hardware and software.• Recommends effective and efficient measures to ensure optimal performance of the systems for present and future use.• Attends and troubleshoot on the following: Escalated complaints from MVNO, Issues pertaining to corporate facilities

• Monitor and manages onsite and offsite system resources, including CPU usage, disk usage, memory usage, network I/O usage and response times to maintain operating efficiency.• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, Sharepoint Portal.• Performs systems and network security administration functions, including creating customer profiles and accounts.• Maintain application security, event investigations and compliance enforcement. Review personnel conduct in relation to data protection.• Writes or modifies basic scripts to resolve performance problems and automate systems administration tasks.• Performs or assists in troubleshooting and diagnosing production problems; corrects identified problems.• Administer secure links with public key encryption, anti-virus, user authentication and intrusion detection.• Provide monitoring and interventions for information technology related security incidents and violations.• Manage and support secure Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).• Manage Backup and Recovery procedures.• Monitor, collect, and analyze system logs and activity on all servers and devices.• Performs systems administration functions for the company-wide messaging & data communications systems.• Document LAN/WAN network related policies and procedures including security.• Keep current with new Information Technology Security protocols, applicable laws and regulations.• Database Administration tasks such as but not limited to: Evaluate the Database Server Hardware, Install the Database Software, Plan the Database, Create and Open the Database, Backup the Database, Enroll System Users, Implement the Database Design, Backup the Fully Functional Database, Tune Database Performance, Perform PL/SQL scripting for required applications and reports
