Many thanks for taking the time and trouble to have a look at my profile. You'll see that I'm a hugely experienced retailer, having worked for Asda Stores Ltd in the UK for many years. In that time I've worked across many varied functions and so have built up knowledge and subject matter expertise across a number of areas and disciplines.I have experience of managing teams of up to 100 people on focused projects and initiatives but have also led 2500 Asda security colleagues. My passion is for developing others and seeing them grow within the business and I act as a mentor to a wide range of people at Asda.
