• Acting for Eton Park Capital Management L.P. on its private equity investment in a joint venture to acquire HydroChile S.A. in Chile and acting on the acquisition of that company.
• Acting for Hoyts General Cinema South America, Inc. on the disposal of a number of its South American subsidiaries.
