I bridge the gap between employers and trainees, young professionals and high potentials. And I do it with a program I developed called BridgeOver, for 20 and 30 somethings in the startup and early stages of their career.Is there anything more confronting, terrifying, exciting, motivating and confusing than transitioning from study to career? Or from trainee to fulltime career person?I set up and deliver tailored personal and professional development programs for companies interested in bridging the gap between them and their young talent. I create a "professional sandpit" where small groups of YPs can experiment with new soft skills, are challenged to emerge from their comfort zones and really get to know themselves, their strengths, blindspots and impact. BridgeOver is a journey that aims to align employers with their YPs around common purpose, values and growth opportunities, and forge a longer-term bond between them.

I am passionate about coaching: using an individuals' strengths and values to help them reassess their direction, goals and mission in their broader life and career to achieve balance and movement.I work with young professionals to introduce them to the powerful tools of self-reflection and awareness, emotional intelligence and effective communication both individually and in through team workshops.Challenging the status quo and inspiring executives to step out of their comfort zone to effect lasting change in behaviour, limiting beliefs and in what's possible is what I enjoy doing. I love working with people to deepen their self-love, self-knowledge and align who they are with both what they do and WHY they do it.

From 1999 - 2020, I and my business partner built E.N.G. into a B2B events company with up to 45 employees, global reach and innovative products. The thing I am most proud of is the culture of can-do, collaboration and growth all of us created. My passion lay in business development, relationship building, training and (especially) internal coaching. I developed my EI, leadership and self awareness during this period, a deep appreciation for team dynamics, motivation, loyalty and entrepreneurship. This set the stage for my pivot to coaching that would follow in 2019.

Completed a secondment in Tahiti from 1993 - 1994.Developed packaging, branding and marketing startegies for French-speaking territories and was responsible for south-east Asian tenders.
