• Prioritized and responded to a high volume of emails and phone calls utilizing SAP CRM.
• Collaborated with multiple internal functional groups including product management, engineering, production scheduling and accounts receivable to ensure that any issues were addressed in a timely manner per customer.
• Expert knowledge and understanding of the customer’s organization and systems to recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Maintained a 90%+ customer satisfaction rating based on semi-annual independent customer surveys and maintained a high level of accuracy with returns under 0.5% of my total sales.
• Assisted ADC’s Contract Management/Legal group by representing customer service in GSA contract audits. Met with the contract officer to resolve any issues to ensure that these audits were consistently successful.
