I worked with product managers, architects and teams of developers to continuously deliver improvements to Westpac online and mobile banking.This involved conducting interviews / workshops with business stakeholders, extensive user research, mapping user journeys and building a backlog with agile teams, designing detailed wireframes / clickable prototypes to test with customers.

At Tigerspike I took on the role of UX lead for two large enterprise projects, with a focus on data visualisation and measurement.Borrowing techniques from Lean UX and Scrum, and frequently testing prototypes with users, I was able to work closely with clients to rapidly build and iterate on new technology.

I began my design career at Folk, leading research and design for a number of large government projects.Responsibilities included consultation, research, information architecture, user experience / visual design, prototyping and user testing for websites and rich applications.
