I am back home (work-wise) to the North West of England to take up the exciting position of General Manager for the famous Cinders Barbecues Ltd. We are a UK manufacturer of industry-leading Catering Barbecues, with a proven set of unique design and quality principles, and 30-odd years of satisfied customers. We also manufactures of uniquely designed Outdoor Grills and BBQ Accessories, and have a VERY exciting product launch in the pipeline for 2018. My focus is to work directly with our clients to optimise their business and marketing activities through analytics and process improvements, new technology implementation and resource capabilities. My most recent project roles include:- Cutover management for Adobe Campaign implementation at Specsavers- Customer Segmentation Lead with the Mortgage BU at Barclays U.K.- Programme Lead on Salesforce Resourcing Transformation project at a major U.K. retailerPreviously I was leading campaign management across Xbox EMEA at Microsoft, via an outsourced analytics and marketing team based out of Bangalore. This involved responsibility for end-to-end customer and business analytics, campaign delivery, marketing planning and capability development of the Aprimo marketing analytics platform.

I joined the Customer Solutions practice at the start of 2011, to work across the Financial Services, Communications, Media and Entertainment vertical, with the aim of delivering compelling Analytics, CRM and customer experience solutions across the Cognizant client portfolio, and working to grow Cognizant's revenue and client footprint in Europe

During my time as a Senior Manager with Detica I worked on consultancy projects across Telco and BFS for clients such as Vodafone UK, Fidelity International fund manager and BT Group. Detica work with many of the UK's leading businesses (Telco, Media, Financial Services) on improving capabilities to manage, secure, protect and understand the data their business creates.

Headed up the data planning area of the agency, clients including Apple, O2, Abbey, Dyson & WRAP.

Responsible for the Campaign Management, Decisioning, Deployment and SAS Analytical Teams for CRM at Orange UK. Role focused on delivering key business insights, ensuring growth in customer knowledge and maximising ROI from all customer communications

Led a large consultancy team at Claritas delivering client solutions and revenue growth across a multi-industry portfolio across all markets with a focus on Financial Services, Communications and Utilities businesses
