In this aggregated role, served as an integral strategic and support leader committed to partnering with leadership while working firsthand and serving the user communities throughout the organization to help drive Excellence and Value through the standardization of processes and Best Practice implementations. As a leader in strategic planning, collaborated with stakeholders to support the Enterprise’s PADU rated tools and standard Agile methodologies. These included, but were not limited to coaching, leading team transformations interested in utilizing Agile methodologies, and providing strategic direction and goals for the tools. All of these were used to drive Business Growth, Productivity, Leadership, Quality, and Performance.• Provided Best Practices and Recommendations to teams transitioning from other SDLC methodologies to utilize SAFe Principles along with Jira, Rally, Miro, Swift Kanban and/or Aha! as the tool of choice.• Coached and trained scrum teams to utilize Agile principles including all scrum ceremonies through most efficient means of implementing Kanban to obtain a central view of all current and future work, allowing for transparency into work process(es) to the team, leadership, and stakeholders of the process. • Collaborated with product owners on several efforts including the prioritization of team backlog items, ensuring an alignment with business objectives.• Monitored and communicated all project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making for improved outcomes. • Conducted Sprint retrospective sessions to identify areas for improvement and gather feedback, both of which led to iterative enhancements that positively impacted user experience.• Delivered certified Kanban training to ~4000 employees to help visualize teams’ work, provide better predictability around process flow efficiency and lead time, and to improve collaboration among teams.
