With over seven years of experience as a customer service training specialist at HYDAC, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic components and systems, I have developed a passion for creating instructional content that enhances the skills and knowledge of internal and external customers. My core competencies include oral communication, analytical skills, and presentations. I use online LMS services, in-person classroom-based training, and remote video conferencing to deliver engaging and effective training sessions on HYDAC's products, services, and customer portal. I also partner with manufacturing and engineering departments to gather and update the information and resources needed for customer service. My mission is to provide high-quality training that improves customer satisfaction and retention, as well as employee performance and productivity. I enjoy working in team-based settings and creating solutions to potential business challenges. I find that my best work is done when I connect to the importance of the product or service and what it gives back to our society.
