With over 25 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, and engineering, I am a passionate and effective leader who strives to create value for customers, stakeholders, and employees. As the plant manager in both automotive and electronics assembly, I have been responsible for setting up and improving the manufacturing processes of fast-paced companies that produce electric vehicle charging stations, gauges, and automotive components. My core competencies include strategy development, P&L management, KPI development and management, process planning, machine purchasing, project management, lean implementation, kaizen events, standard work, 5S, SMED, 3P, six sigma, 2 bin kanbans, dynamic balancing, and friction welding. I have successfully led both small and large groups of people, from hourly operators to cross-functional teams, through start-up, transition, and shutdown scenarios.
