CIO accountabilities include technology strategy, support, and execution of Aspen's change portfolio.

Member of the Executive Leadership Team reporting to the CEO. Accountable for developing and executing a technology strategy supporting business transformation. That strategy included a shift in the book of business, a reinvention of relationships with providers, and a re-platform of technology. Daily and strategic responsibilities were split between the CIO role and Business Transformation Office (BTO) leadership. BTO was a shared accountability with the Chief Operating Officer. Managed the daily operation of technology, including 650 employees.

At the time, one of the largest community banks on the West Coast with $3.8 billion in assets and 1800 employees in 6 western states. Accountable for technology strategy, support, and project execution. Additional responsibility for Corporate Real Estate and Facilities. Reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer as a member of the Senior Management Team.
