As a purpose-driven educator, I am devoted to empowering every learner I educate to maximize their potential. Valuing the dynamic blend of wide-ranging experiences I have acquired during three decades as a career educator, has afforded me a level of efficacy and a depth of insight into the dynamics of teaching, learning and human diversity that is rarely matched. I started my career working as a k-12 school counselor for 10 years. For more than 20 years I have contracted as an interdepartmental adjunct professor and curriculum writer at undergraduate to postgraduate levels for institutions including West Chester University of PA, Immaculata University and St. Joseph’s University.Running parallel to my work as an educator, I launched and then spent 25 years leading a small educational consultancy providing Diversity Management and DEIB services across all sectors. I am firmly devoted to core aspirations of inclusion of all and exclusion of none for every stakeholder in a school or organization, without exception. Delivery to 12k+ educators to date reveals consistent positive impact & outcomes.♦ Devised and taught multiple k-12 student-focused programs: Peer Mediation, Small Support Groups, School Culture Unity Forum.
