Webster Integration Layer • Business analysis and technical design for a web-services based system Oriented Architecture (SOA) system which supports over 20 client systems and aggregates information from over 50 host systems from over approximately 10 different vendors using SOAP, XML, IFX, and non-standard communications protocols. • Developed all documentation standards for the team.• Second-line production support.• Integration testing support using an internally developed .NET system for functional and regression testing.• Lead a team of business analysts (some full-time employees, some consultants). Core Team: Worked to produce estimates, development schedules, and a project plan for a project to completely replatform the Long-Term Care business from the legacy Clipper system to the state-of-the-art Ingenium system. Worked closely with the business, other business systems analysts, systems analysts, and data analysts to identify all of the business needs required in the new system and begin their implementation. Worked with both IT and business management to revise the estimates and development schedule in a constantly changing business environment. Developed reports on our UDB relational database system using SQL in many levels of complexity. Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports and pure SQL used to empower users to run reportsHead Lotus Notes Application Developer: Trained and self-taught LotusNotes 3.0 through 4.6, with experience in R5. Created and maintained over 50 LotusNotes databases throughout the company, using both formula language and LotusScript for advanced programming.
