As an early co-founder of 18F, I was instrumental in establishing the basic framework used for all of its own acquisition needs as well as when it engages with agency partners to consult with them to​ improve the user experience of government services by helping them build and buy technology. During my time here, I have worked on over a 120 different projects with federal, state, and local governments along with numerous internal and external programs in civilian, military, and intelligence agencies. This includes applying subject matter expertise and programmatic strategy, or direct implementation, of programs like NASA's TechLeap program, NGA's Disparate Data Challenge, GSA's Digital Acquisition Accelerator Pilot (DAAP), the U.S. Tax Court's Dawson system, and many others. I was the primary co-author and co-editor of the inaugural 18F De-risking Guide to Government Technology Projects.

Full life-cycle, operational specialist for mission critical goods, services, and solutions in the General Contracts Branch for all directorates including 2020 Decennial Census of People and Housing. Additionally, supporting Departmental strategic sourcing initiatives on a wide variety of projects and programs.

Responsible for managing the full array of alternative dispute resolution processes for hundreds of clients annually. Work includes implementing and evaluating an integrated conflict management system that includes skills, practices, and processes for raising issues and developing a common language around how people, organizations, and governments communicate, treat each other, solve problems, and make decisions. Neutral assistance includes: mediation, ombudsman, consultation, climate assessment, conciliation / facilitated discussion, training, group facilitation, and process comparison related to family and workplace conflicts. Additionally, I am responsible for client intake; preliminary assessments; convening; tracking; managing roster of 30 certified mediators and facilitators; case scheduling; database supervision (fluent in all Microsoft Office Suite applications); managing internship program; supervising mentee mediator program; and, community outreach.

Florida is a modern day, sociological wild west. Crazy fun place.Served as Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator with responsibility for conducting civil mediation sessions and case management on a number of issues including: breach of contract, debt collection, personal property disputes, landlord/tenant relation, and a variety of torts in civil court for more than 400 clients. Additional duties included drafting binding agreements between parties and their legal counsel upon reaching consensus, managing cases for non-English speaking clients via translators, mentoring uncertified mediators, and assisting court staff.

Love the shop and love the people.Served as the first point of contact for the organization, all office related tasks; case intake and management for the Community Mediation Program; facilitating and assisting with mediation training seminars; co-mediating numerous interpersonal disputes between diverse community members; community outreach; supervising junior students; training incoming office managers; and, assisting in research, analysis, and principal support on multiple domestic and international grant projects. Conducted field survey research both domestically and internationally as well as program/process/organizational assessments.
