Mark is a veteran entrepreneur of 30+ years who’s founded and grown multiple SaaS ventures that deliver trans-formative change to business. Mark’s record in building successful companies include Spatial Data (acquired by Experian/First American in 1998), and SureClose.com (acquired by Fortune 700 Stewart Title in 2004). Mark also founded PrintDepartment.com in 1996, and grew the company through acquisition in 2006In 2007, Mark closely studied emerging technologies in 1-to-1, personalized print automation, and also the growing adoption of cloud-based CRM and Salesforce.com. In late 2007, Mark placed a bet that integrating data driven, dynamic print seamlessly with CRM on-demand would transform how businesses use and fulfill in-hand, tactile marketing communications.A course was charted, PrintSF (now Send360) was formed (the "SF" stands for Salesforce.com!), and a team of top talent was assembled. One year later, Print Marketing Automation for Salesforce.com was born with PrintSF’s launch at Dreamforce 2008. Fast forward to today and Send360 (formerly PrintSF) is the #1 Salesforce direct mail platform and supports millions of tactile marketing touches sent from Salesforce annually.Mark lives in sunny San Diego's north county coastal area in the surf town of Encinitas. He was born and raised in Virginia, where he earned a BS in Media and Communication from James Madison University in 1990.
