- Create, update, and implement procedures in order to scale the operational capabilities of multiple departments to service an expansion to the Student Union event spaces, supervising 20+ staff to support a community of 4,000+ employees and 30,000+ students.- Managed the execution of multiple concurrent events, utilizing internal and unionized event support with 20K+ guests in attendance across all campus property event spaces totaling over 250K+ sqft. -Responsible for the Training, Supervision and leadership for three, full-time (3) staff ( Assistant Event Services Manager, Event Services Scheduling Supervisor, Event Services Technical Supervisor) and indirect supervision to fourteen (17) full-time staff, and student assistants employees in areas of supervision; monitor performance; generate performance evaluations; administer disciplinary action.-Serve as administrator in-charge of the SUI in absence of the Executive Director and/or Associate Director.

-Scaled event capabilities to regional 10,000+ events from local 250+ events, supervising a team of 2 staff, 15 interns, and coordinating 300+ volunteers statewide. -Successfully wrote project grants securing 500k+ dollars in project funding.
