I work across a number of those portcos providing strategic technology leadership and delivery focus on amongst other topics separation and integration, shared services, and platform development.

Founded in 2014, Talomon is a London-headquartered investment firm specialising in private equity-linked investments. On a freelance basis I provide technology advisory services to portfolio companies.

Responsible for eBay Classified Group’s Benelux Technology and Product teams, building and operating three products with over 8-million unique monthly visitors.

Responsible for consumer-facing upper- and lower-funnel products as well as underlying Platform Services.

Responsible for core and enterprise technologies, leading Engineering, Product Management and Operations teams.

Responsible for Fixed Income Rates Trading’s technology platforms, leading Engineering and Operations teams across six countries.

* Managed application services for multiple Americas businesses including Rates, Credit and FX trading based in the U.S., Mexico and Brazil. Owned the full application lifecycle from eTrading, risk management, end-of-day to settlement.* Partnered with Tech and Business teams to continually improve stability and resilience via structured Change, Incident and Problem management processes.

* Led the technology integration of the former Lehman Brothers Wealth Management division into the broader Barclays organisation, migrating staff, servers and applications to new environments. * Managed the firm’s Windows XP Application and Desktop Upgrade program, a two-year project that migrated four thousand workstations and hundreds of applications.
