Helped in the development of a Nutrient Load Model/Application for the Manila Bay using Python

REPONSIBILITIES:- Do data processing, GIS analysis, hydrologic modelling, and data visualization to provide decision makers actionable information in times of possible disaster (e.g. typhoon, flooding, landslide).- Make desktop and web applications for the different projects the laboratory is involved in. These include a web dashboard for compiling disaster risk warnings from different government agencies (e.g. PAGASA, Project NOAH), an online database, and a web application for predicting climate change vulnerabilities.- Project management (i.e., making of project proposal, managing project team, project schedule, project budget, project delivery, etc.).- Compile and manage different spatial data and geodatabases such as digital elevation data, municipal and barangay shape and kml files, climate data, etc.- Conduct field, hydrological and water quality surveys.- Do GIS analysis, data munging, data processing and hydrologic modelling.- Prepare technical reports, research publications and high quality maps.PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:- DOST Project: Science for Safer Communities: Iba na ang Panahon (Intelligent Operations Center Component) (2014 - Present)- Quezon Power (Philippines) Ltd Co.
