Mark “Coach” Soto is a member of the faculty at The Real Estate Radio Guys Radio Academy (TREG). His job is to grow the, "Secrets of Successful Syndication (SOSS)" membership as well as the Syndication Mentoring Club and development of the Youth Investor Academy. Before joining SOSS, coach was a National Sales Coach with Movement Mortgage, which is one of the “Top Six” largest purchase mortgage lenders in the nation. Mark was born and raised in the San Jose Bay Area (silicon valley) and as a young man became an accomplished Sr. Account Executive with BT Redwood Office Products which was purchased by Staples in the mid-nineties. While Mark was with Staples he was credited for opening some of Staples largest west coast corporate accounts such as Hewlett Packard, Applied Materials, Seagate, Adobe and Sutter Healthcare. After relocating to the Sacramento area in 2000 Mark became a high producing loan officer and net branch operator making Presidents Club with American Pacific Mortgage for three years in a row before parlaying this experience into managing a successful real estate business. Mark is also a retired high school football coach for 18 years and as a result of his two sons military deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan he saw the need to educate students and coaches about the hardships and needs of our military veterans. In 2013, Mark co-founded a nonprofit called The Honor Group, Inc. The nonprofit is still growing today and operates their flagship event called, “The Honor Bowl” which is known as the best high school football showcase in America. Over the years the nonprofit has gifted many wheelchairs and service dogs to injured, ill and wounded veterans. Mark was key to obtaining the nonprofits largest sponsors, The San Francisco 49ers. Mark is a relationship builder, lover of people and is enthusiastic to work with people daily in exceeding their goals, being open to accountability and helping them grow to be all they can be.
