CurrentAnalyze, develop, and maintain a cohesive health and safety program that addresses the unique challenges of installing and servicing photovoltaic and energy storage systems for a diverse network of employees and contractors. Advance a behavior-based safety culture that to minimize incidents, and to implement innovative processes in safety performance that compliment operating efficiency. Assure incidents and near miss incidents undergo a root cause analysis and identify preventative measures needed to stop recurrence.Advise and assist business leaders on matters relating to safety for new initiatives. Including the development of safe business plans and sub-contractor relationships. Support Business Development during bid phase of projects to review safety risk and responsibilities.Work with design and engineering to design photovoltaic such that workers can access sites and work safely and efficiently. Consult with designers and facility managers to ensure safe access for host client's workers.Identify key area of concern by developing risk assessments and associated JSAs (Job Safety Analysis), as the foundation of the management system.Coordinate all training and manage external training programs including NFPA 70e, Hazardous Energy Control, OSHA training, Fall Prevention and heavy equipment operation.Maintain 3rd-party safety tracking databases (ISNetworld, Avetta, Construct Secure) with high-profile clients (Enel X, Honeywell, Harvard, etc.) including any requests to audit all safety systems and records.
