Worked with carsales and Trader Interactive leadership to source, execute, and integrate strategic growth opportunities including buyouts and early stage investing (primarily Seed and Series A).

Led the product management and project management for the dealer, OEM, and data (B2B) products of our industry leading digital marketplaces.

Led corporate M&A, strategic partnership, and organic startup activity as well as corporate strategy development, planning, and execution over a four year period where we grew Trader's enterprise value over 2x. Member of the executive team, reporting to the CEO.

Facilitated the enterprise strategic planning process, managed reporting for top strategic change initiatives, monitored competitive and future industry dynamics, and assisted in the development and execution of the Corporate Development strategy. Most work resulted in output to members of the Executive Team or Board of Directors, presented by me or my management chain.

Responsible for developing new growth opportunities for PRA through M&A, strategic partnerships, and in-house startups. Completed the acquisitions of RCB Investimentos ($55M growth capital investment in August 2015) and eGov Systems. Launched and was the general manager of a CARD Act compliant lending company, LifeCredit, that issued hundreds of low-interest loans to patients to help them cover their out-of-pocket healthcare expenses at partner medical providers. Oversaw the acquisition of over $4 billion in insolvent consumer debt. Managed a small team of direct reports responsible for client relationship management and daily reporting.

Completed large scale business strategy transformation projects in a variety of industries and functionalities including analyzing post-merger integration opportunities in the PBM sector, identifying opportunities for strategic growth in the retail sector, and managing the rollout of BCG’s new recruiting brand in the Americas.

Executed and was a thought partner for the scheduling of the ESPNU network, participated in rights acquisitions negotiations and future content creative sessions, and assisted with the scheduling of the 2006-2007 college basketball season on the ESPN family of networks. Was also selected as a member of the ESPNU Campus Connection pilot program and promoted ESPNU in the UVA community by organizing hospitality events in the Charlottesville area.

Facilitated corporate and in-game marketing events for the UVA Athletic Department, prepared and executed sports marketing plans, clarified corporate sponsorship contract obligations, and communicated UVA Athletics marketing messages to external clients.

Identified and analyzed potential commercial development sites in the Chicago area.

Calculated firm's trading position during live in-the-pit trading and performed ad hoc market analysis.
