• Execute lifts of varies industrial material at heights of up to 140m on commercial sites• Working to tight schedules whilst always ensuring work is accomplished in a safe and effcient manner• Participate in daily meetings with contractors, working with ground team via radio communication• Carry out regular inspections of crane parts and mechanisms, complete inspection / safety logs

- VHF coms with ships captain regarding vessel movements and cargo requirements - Shoreside berthing of supply vessels, 90M+, taking into account weather fronts and tidal fronts and vessels capabilities - Vessel pot water needs and maintenance of equipment - Scheduled vessel checks ensuring the safe berthing of vessels and their ropes/gangways

• Assist with the cargo dispatch process, ensuring cargo is managed and dispatched according to company procedures• Comply with procedures and work instructions regarding the loading and unloading of cargo• Ensure effective communications with direct report, colleagues and clients• Ensure safe working practices at all times• Participate in toolbox talks as and when required, ensuring all personnel are fully aware of the job task prior to commencement of work• Apply “stop the job” principles if an action is considered unsafe and report to Team Leader• Suggest any improvements to improve service delivery and amend work instructions• General quayside cleanliness
