I was responsible for the acquisition of a 99 year lease for a game lodge development and private camps in the Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa; negotiating and securing a management and marketing contract with Sun Game Lodges (a division of Southern Sun Hotels); the design, construction and financing of the 60 bed game lodge; the launch and ongoing management of the asset.
