On returning from South Africa to England in November 1998, Mark, with his wife Gina, formed Kruger Cowne, a talent management company and speaker bureau. The company specializes in personal appearances, after dinner speaking and conference speaking events for some of the world's best known names including Sir Bob Geldof, Elle Macpherson, Ruby Wax, John Simpson CBE, Dave Stewart, Livia Firth, Sir Richard Branson and many others. Since its informal creation in 1998, when it represented only one person, Kruger Cowne has grown into an internationally respected talent management company and speaker bureau currently representing over three hundred high profile personalities

Whilst I was at Mopono Property Holdings I held the position of Chief Executive Officer. I was responsible for the acquisition of a 99 year lease for a game lodge development and private camps in the Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa; negotiating and securing a management and marketing contract with Sun Game Lodges (a division of Southern Sun Hotels); the design, construction and financing of the 60 bed game lodge; the launch and ongoing management of the asset.

At Consortium Advertising I was the Client Service Director and responsible for a number of 'blue chip' clients including Scania Trucks, Alpha Laval, TRC, Natyre and Keith Alexander.
