The positions I recruit for are diverse and cover almost every level of the organisation, from General Managers to Site Support. This requires a broad understanding of our operations, the skill-sets required for each position, and the cultural fit needed for each role. I must also be adept at building relationships with candidates, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that the recruitment process is seamless and successful.Overall, my role is essential to the growth and success of our organisation, as I am responsible for ensuring that we have the right people in place to achieve our objectives.

I am the team lead for WC Recruitment across our Commodities portfolio. I am responsible for Mining Operations, AMG (MEM), Project Development, Mine Planning, Safety and Training.

I am responsible for; ER/ IR issues, Workers Compensation/ Income Protection claims and management of Return to Work programs, Verification of Competencies for employees, advice on contracts/ awards & agreements, alcohol and drug testing, policy and procedures, coordination & delivery of induction and onboarding training, employee terminations, performance management, general reporting.Recruitment: The recruitment aspect of this role covers all facets of end to end internal recruitment for both White Collar (Staff) and Blue Collar (Trades/ Skilled Labour) positions. From initial liaison with the relevant Operations/ Site Manager and constructing the sourcing strategies, through screening and engagement of the prospective employee to the hiring of that person.Projects and Work Sites; Wheatstone, Cape Lambert, Macedon, Worsley, Marandoo, Gove, Surat Basin & Henderson/ Kwinana.
