This is crucial to keep up with changes in the market and evolving competition.It’s about driving behavioural change through training, coaching, audits, market reviews and client interviews – spotting the gaps that stand in the way of successful outcomes and going into the pitch in pole position.Pitch:This starts with working with teams to help them understand their current position and real chance of winning. Moving on to forming the right delivery team, win strategy and bespoke message, and ensuring the delivery is meticulously rehearsed, whether it’s ‘just a chat’ or a formal pitch.It’s about standing out throughout the pitch process.
