Mark has 24 years of professional experience in the energy sector (21 in renewable), with expertise in market creation, development, finance, sales, public speaking, and contract negotiation. Mark has always been involved in the development, finance and sales of cutting edge products/projects and enjoys bringing that expertise to clients and partners for the greatest environmental impact. In addition to co-launching 127 Energy, LLC, Mark founded and ran Think Energy, Inc for 11 years until he sold it in 2011. Mark has worked on renewable energy projects from China to the Galapagos Islands, and served as a Vice President at Global X where he raised and allocated tax equity for solar projects throughout the United States. Mark successfully initiated his islanded systems career in conjunction with the Carbon War Room and continues to work on Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island.Mr. Crowdis holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from John Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from University of California at Davis.
