Mark was a Founding Partner and CFO of Ranger Precision Group, a Dallas-based private equity-sponsored consolidator of small-cap aerospace manufacturing companies. Ranger Precision secured a $20mm investment partnership agreement with a prominent private equity firm.

While at Rockwell Collins, Mark also served as Sr. Director of the Advanced Technology Team which developed a new low cost pilot’s heads up display system for General Aviation and Very Light Jets.

At Milcom Technologies, Inc., an incubator commercializing defense technologies in Orlando, FL, Mark led cross-functional teams of engineers and corporate staff functions, and managed the planning and early-stage launch of new companies introducing core defense technologies and software into commercial markets. Milcom launched 6 companies in one 18 month period.

As Sr. Program Manager for Advanced Wireless Mobile Systems at ITT Industries, Inc., Aerospace/Communications Division (NYSE: ITT) in Ft Wayne, IN, Mark successfully turned around a troubled program for a DARPA customer and won a $77mm Army contract for Small Unit/Urban Warrior soldier systems. While at ITT, Mark also championed the spin-off of a wireless mobile technology, which delivered ITT a $90mm return on a $15mm investment in less than 4 yrs.

In his early career, Mark served as a US Navy Officer, jet aviator and flight test director, leaving the Naval Reserve as a Lieutenant Commander in 1997. He tested multiple sensor and weapon systems, and was recognized as an expert in stealth-aircraft design, combat tactics, avionics, and crew coordination. He ran operations for a 20-aircraft flight test squadron, executing 51 high priority projects for the Chief of Naval Operations. Mr. Crumblish has 232 carrier landings and has accumulated 2400+ flight hours in 25 different fixed and rotary wing aircraft types. He is also an instrument-rated private pilot.
