Reporting to the Manager, Resource Development, evaluate, create, present, and manage development for 7 to 27 areas (varies by year) within Husky’s SE Alberta, Central Alberta and Grand Prairie assets. Work with the Technical Team and Business Partners to also manage all aspects of the operation including production, completions, drilling and facilities. Work with both conventional assets (Dina, Sparky, McLaren, Lloydminster) as well as unconventional Viking, Cardium and Duvernay.• Lead development of Wapiti asset in Grand Prairie, spearheading Husky’s “Pivot to Liquids” strategy with successful multi-year horizontal light oil drilling in the Cardium reservoir.• Initiate and lead transition from oil-based to water-based horizontal stimulation strategy to maximize recoveries and minimize capital from Cardium reservoir.• Complete reserve evaluations for up to 15 assets, as well as manage and report all Western Canada Conventional reserve evaluations.

Reporting to the Team Lead, Provost, evaluate, create, present, and manage development for five areas within Husky’s SW Saskatchewan and SE Alberta legacy assets. Work with the Technical Team and Business Partners to also manage all aspects of the operation including production, completions, drilling and facilities. Work with both conventional assets (Dina, Sparky, McLaren, Lloydminster) as well as unconventional Viking. Legacy assets are mostly vertical, with new development primarily horizontal. Working Team Lead as of February 2016.• Worked with Enhanced Oil Recovery group as development engineer for a proposed $300 MM tertiary recovery polymer injection project at Eagle Creek. Project reached Phase 2 of Husky’s PDM process, completing preliminary analysis of upside, lab and core work, and full simulation of reservoir.• Managed successful multi-year development of two Viking Oil Resource plays in SW Saskatchewan: Dodsland and Coleville.• SE and Central Alberta assets were actively marketed or abandoned over three years. Participate in marketing presentations and abandonment planning for all assets.
