I am vice president of Burns & McDonnell’s Business Units serving the refining, chemicals, logistics/midstream and renewables markets. Our main focus is to help make our clients successful in executing predictable engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) capital projects. My main responsibility has been diversifying the oil and gas group into the chemicals, logistics, midstream and renewables industries. Whether it’s a new technology, an existing facility revamp or a greenfield project, I love the challenge of creating solutions and delivering projects that add significant value to our clients’ bottom lines. I am passionate about introducing proven, intelligent engineers and construction personnel to our existing and potential clients. Our single metric: make our clients successful. We have built our business on predictably executing economically- and environmentally-driven projects for our clients. While we have been doing environmental and renewable projects for decades, now more than ever the industry is focused on finding even more sustainable solutions amidst the energy transition. From renewable diesel (RD) to sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), carbon capture to green hydrogen, customers have turned to us to assess many first-of-a-kind technologies and processes to fuel their energy transformation portfolios. When I’m not helping Burns & McDonnell better serve our existing and prospective clients, I love spending time with my family. My wife and I have three sons, and they certainly keep us busy!
