At Complete Property Services we take pride in our ability to successfully manage very technical and demanding projects in which late delivery is unacceptable. In our 33 year history CPS has never missed a completion date due to issues within our control. Our ability to say this is based in the tight management controls and training that we have in place throughout our company. We have ingrained it in our people that we are the ones that have made the agreement to complete the project within the approved budget, and by the desired time frame. To ensure this, each project is managed by one of the three principle executive members of the company. This means that the project manager has a significant vested interest in ensuring that the project runs in an efficient and profitable manner while maintaining a constant focus on customer satisfaction.
