I am an adaptable and hard-working manager of both people and projects, with significant operational experience gained from a 22-year career in the Royal Air Force.In my military career I have led diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to complete complex tasks and deliver operational output globally, often in high-pressure environments against tight timelines.My experience in Planning and Operations Management has given me a detailed knowledge of project controls, scheduling, coordination and reporting.I am a confident communicator, able to motivate and engage teams and articulate effectively at any level and have wide-ranging experience in stakeholder management. I leave the Royal Air Force in October 2024 after a full and rewarding career. I look forward to my next chapter and establishing a new career in Project Management.
