Recognized leader regarding the legal and regulatory issues of wireless communications technologies for vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-roadside applications, particularly Dedicated Short Range Communications (DSRC) at 5.9 GHz. Telecommunications: 15+ years’ experience advising on licensing and other regulatory requirements for US and international telecommunications providers utilizing wireless, IP, wireless and satellite networks.
