Conducting discovery for upcoming projects aimed at increasing production, including studio and set builds, equipment procurement, and project proposals. Over the past six years, I have hired and trained a large team to execute both studio and live shoots. This team has increased the ministry’s production capacity from two shoots a month to over 50 shoots a month, with projections to reach 128-200 shoots monthly. Additionally, I oversaw the procurement of all equipment necessary to support two control rooms. I played a key role in redesigning floor plans to accommodate the return of remote employees and oversaw the construction expanding workspace, control rooms and a new studio. I also led the complete restructure of the TV department and mentored other leaders, ensuring sustainable growth and leadership within the department.
