Culture is at the heart of what makes us excellent, and I spend a lot of my time working with my management colleagues to develop and embed our values. We also focus on sustainability throughout our business, committing to carbon zero by 2040. We have an active supplier support programme to help estimate and reduce our Scope 3 emissions. We are also planting a tree for every order we receive (via Ecologi) to offset the emissions that we can't eliminate. I work with colleagues, customers and suppliers to make our products and services as good as they can be. We have a seventy-year heritage, and we are known for reliability and service, but we set out to re-earn that reputation every day.
