Territories included:EMEA - Set up and managed regional entity in the UK, including responsibility for all legal, accounting banking and HR obligations as an employer. Recruited sales and operational staff, drove regulatory engagement with EMVO, and helped land the first home-grown deals. Grew sales substantially to provide SaaS applications to many large customers. Russia - starting from zero, recruited a General Director and helped set up local legal entity in Moscow.
