• Project aim was to provide real value to IBM's Innovation Exchange through developing a business plan for the commercialisation of a group of assets in the AI, Machine Learning and Cognitive space.• Achieved by executing in depth analyses, identifying the correct internal framework, partnerships and strategy required to do so.• Project completed in conjunction with the with the input and collaboration of the IBM Senior Leadership team and interdepartmental interactions to gather insights.• The outcome was that the business plan and recommendations were delivered on IBM's behalf to the Vice President of the IBM Ireland Lab and Director of IBM Dublin Campus for top C-suite implementation.

Finance Ireland is Ireland's premiere business finance provider and Ireland's largest non-bank lender.• Portfolio management of €100M fund (Fund investors include Glanbia, Rabobank, Irish Strategic Investment Fund and Finance Ireland) including ongoing monitoring of credit quality, achieving one of the company’s lowest risk portfolios in terms of arrears, defaults and data integrity after multiple audits. • Monitoring the performance of various service level agreements (SLA’s) and key performance indicators (KPI’s). This has led to consistent growth in funds issued whilst accounting for seasonal fluctuations (up to 3.5% of total funds drawn in one fortnightly period).• Distribution and verification of Management Information and reporting to key Stakeholders; Data was used to drive marketing initiatives and agri infrastructure planning.• Led development of debt servicing calculation templates, workflow queues in CRM systems, repayment and fee models, payments processing.• Drafting and streamlined operational policies and procedures, collaborating where necessary.• Extensive collaboration with cross functional teams (IT, operations, compliance, third parties) to implement second ongoing facility that was rolled out nationwide due to the success of the first fund.

Future Finance is one of Europe's fastest growing Fin-tech companies named in the Global Fin-tech 100 and ranked 34th of the leading 50 fin-tech companies globally (KPMG).• Assessing borrower and guarantor credit worthiness within an agreed risk assessment framework ensuring conditions are met in order to submit to Underwriting for loan approval.• Review and verification of both borrower and guarantor credit files and documentation to ensure that data is accurate and meets company and FCA standards (AML, KYC and fraud prevention).• Acted as the case manager for a high volume of applications – c.175 per week. €20m in funded originations overall.• Identify and drive efficiencies through process improvement and automation.• Ensuring timely resolution of complex queries, investigating and escalating as appropriate.• Spearheading business development and relationship opportunities with designated partner Universities through active engagement and meetings.

• Responsible for the completion of subscription forms, capital activity reporting, issuance of trade confirmations, statements and reports to investors on institutional funds.• Ensuring the delivery of a superior service to the client by ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and communications are efficiently managed.• Compilation of daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the client and third parties within agreed SLA’s (Namely investigating and resolving differences between funds in custody and investor outsourced operations including cash recs, overdrawn positions, FX instructions, pricing, stock transfers, client asset regulations etc.)• Developing internal relationships with other departments through positive and proactive communication.• Maintenance of a high control environment, through the completion of the daily control reconciliations within the team.• Assisting in the underlying investor audits.• Providing training and support for the successful transfer of operational functions to the Custody team and offshore to Bangalore.

• Working as part of a team, liaising with external clients assisting in the design and application of graphics, backdrops, exhibition stands and custom build items for events. • Updating and maintaining the company website and related social media. • Coordinating business needs and requirements for the content with the ultimate goal of increasing business.• This varied role required superior organisational skills due to the optimisation and archiving of large volumes of files and e-mails.• Attention to detail was required as amending and proofing the clients ideas and related online and social media content were necessary.• Large skill set required with high degree of technical knowledge and problem solving skills across various software programs, applications and platforms such as Office, Adobe CS, Windows and Macintosh.

• Assisted with the implementation of new online filing data base system (Project Leader for Corporate and VAT). This required understanding and analysis of clients financial file and document structure so that data could be input to transition to the new system with minimal disruption to staff.• Cross communication between the various departments both financial and administrative such as Personal Tax, Corporate Tax, Capital Acquisitions Tax, Audit, and IT/Ops via phone, e-mail and interpersonal.• Creating and streamlining procedures to increase productivity according to business demands.• Liaising with external parties such as offsite storage facilities, printing vendors, banking institutions etc.• Support and mediation to staff regarding administrative issues promptly.• Training new and current members of staff.
