M&A / finance professional with over 15 years experience on highly important and transformational projects. Trusted partner of C-level executives on defining and executing strategic M&A initiatives. Proven ability to originate and execute transactions in a variety of industries. Over 6 years working exclusively in the energy industry.I have sourced and executed a variety of buyside M&A, sellside M&A and spinoff transactions and have worked with global, publicly traded clients as well as private companies. Most recently I was a leader of a large-cap Australian energy infrastructure company's effort to enter the U.S. market. I developed the strategy for market entry, screened companies in light of evolving corporate ESG objectives, and originated transactions using industry and financial community relationships.
