Visteon is a Tier 1 automotive sub-system supplier with global operations.Since March 2011 I have been working on HVAC product designs for two programs. I have been providing DFM overview and worked with tooling suppliers to product the injection molds for both programs. I was PD lead to setup and coordinate remote assembly operation to support M1 build.

Siebe is a custom automotive component supplier that made formed metal components and thermal-plastic components. Updated operator work instruction to comply with new ISO qualities requirements. Responsibility of writing financial justification to justify funding for tool repair and equipment upgrades. Responsibly for completely quoting plastic tooling.

Loranger manufacturing is a customer composite molding operation that does thermal-plastic and thermal-set composites and a stamping operation. Oversaw the writing of the PFMEA’s, DFMEA’s, manufacturing process sheets and operator instructions. Reviewed critical dimensional reports for CPK values and implemented process improvements to improve the values.
