This role was accountable for driving and delivering initiatives and associated artefacts to deliver radically improved customer and employee experience and productivity uplifts. This role later became Chapter Lead & Product Owner.• Development of an end-to-end canvas for Small Business Lending process, enabling oversight and understanding of process timings and unit costs.• Conducted a detailed review of the end-to-end lending process. This involved extraction of key data points to identify process failures, then implementing strategic process improvements to improve market position. Fundamental process changes designed and implemented based on the above findings.

Stream leader for a strategic simplification project delivering significant improvements to both customer and banker experience.• Led a complicated and sensitive work stream on the project running the divestment and transition of Esanda Dealer finance to Macquarie Bank. Multi-faceted role involving significant collaboration and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless transition for all dealers and customers.• Designed and implemented a standardised Trust Review process. This reduced turnaround times by 50% and payment arrears to $NIL. Built a single intranet page to house the most common forms. Consolidated outdated forms and replaced with five multipurpose digital forms.

Responsible for contributing to and implementing operational best practice, through standardisation, simplification, and operational efficiency.• Identified and remediated >$1m of third-party valuation payment arrears across multiple segments and divisions.• Secured $600k in funding to co-design and implement a specific commercial property valuation solution, working with a third party to incorporate E2E workflow and payment certainty.
