I am a VP in the Project and Development Services group in JLL's Houston corporate office. My role at JLL is to serve my clients by delivering high quality projects in a variety of settings. I have spent over a decade with JLL serving a variety of clients in multiple locations. My expertise is in the areas of commercial construction and project management. I am responsible for procurement, project team selection, leading design review, maintaining design standards, awarding contracts, and managing project schedules and budgets. The teams I lead consistently deliver projects on-time and under budget for our clients.

My most recent projects have been for a variety of clients including JC Penney, DCP Midstream, SAIA, Medidata, Powell Industries, T-Mobile, ACS (A Xerox Company), Towers Watson, Southern Union, Barclays Capital, ABB, Invesco AIM, Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine, and FMC Technologies.

As an Assistant Project Manager in the Project & Development Services (PDS) group of the Jones Lang LaSalle office in Houston, I had a tremendous opportunity to lead as well as be part of a team on a variety of exciting and challenging projects in and around Houston. I managed several projects of varying sizes that gave me a great introduction to the tenant interior market in Houston.

As an Assistant Project Manager in the Design & Construction Consulting Services (DCCS) group of the Houston Staubach office, I managed and coordinated tenant improvement projects for a variety of clients and assisted on some build-to-suit projects as well. In July 2008, The Staubach Company merged with Jones Lang LaSalle and I remained in the same position, but our group was renamed Project & Development Services (PDS).
