Following the acquisition of BT Expedite, I continued in my role to work across the Aptos Retail platform. Supporting and leading sales engagements, feeding into and aligning product roadmaps and in-project deliveries with application knowledge. I was part of the team that reviewed the two companies' products and developed transition plans to incorporate.

I am responsible for the production, delivery and development of Product vision, development and roadmap for the BT Expedite product set. Covering POS, m-POS, Supply Chain, CRM, Clienteling, e-Learning and e-commerce propositions.

I am responsible for leading Presales customer engagements across the organisation. Managing a team of Presales consultants across a range of disciplines, application and solution sales. I am involved with both new prospects and existing customers as well as supporting BT across all Retail engagements.Working across our Omnichannel portfolio - Store, EPOS.

Working as part of the Presales team, leading presales campaigns and providing epos configuration, technical and business skills to potential, new and existing customers.Supporting the sales campaigns with application skils and knowledge.

Working across a number of clients, I provided EPOS application skills to a number of large scale implementations. I provided configuration and technical infrastructure for a number of large Retail-J (RetailJava) implementations. i also documented, designed and developed a number of enhancements to the application to provide the customer with the required.
