Foxconn.• Working with global R&D teams; Paris, Indianapolis, Burbank & Beijing.• Knowledge about EN69050 standards.• Product development (DFM, DFA)• Projects handled for major operators and ISP’s.• International professional experience.

Tasks and responsibilities:• Fully responsible for handling customer complaints regarding the quality of the injection molded product; both mechanical and visual. Specific customers: Inalfa Roof Systems, Rieter, Pelzer.• Supporting operations department in achieving required quality and initiating rework actions, if needed. • Managing ISO TS 16949 procedures, forms and work instructions.• Analyzing Cpk- and MSA-studies.• Participation within improvement-teams to further optimize products and processes.• Consultant role for construction, sourcing and maintenance of intricate measuring and control tools.Experience:• Acquired quality conscience for numerous plastic products made for many industries; automotive, office machine, leisure, etc.

Tasks and responsibilities:• Supporting and advisory role towards customers (e.a. DAF, Rieter, Pelzer) in development projects. Fully responsible for quality of the injection molded product; both mechanical and visual.• Responsibility for manufacturing and quality of injection molding tools, compliant with company standards.• Overseeing the injection molding tools which are taken into production.Calculations of the project & part costs at the start of the project.• Managing costs & lead-time of the project.Experience:• Managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders (managing and prioritizing conflicts, skills, motivating and guiding the project team).• Consultant role towards customers and the internal organization about injection molding processes, materials and special technologies.• Product development (design for manufacturing, design for assembly).• Knowledge of ISO-TS standards used in the automotive industry. Furthermore, knowledge about Six Sigma.
