Recruited for the major task of changing the business and purchasing habits of Gemaire’s customer base through the development of ecommerce and digital marketing/training programs.• Solely responsible for the development, presentation and follow up of training programs to convert phone-in orders to online or mobile app orders, leading to an approach that worked for all customers, no matter what demographic, resulting in an increase of ecommerce sales from 4.5% to 34.1%. (An increase of over 500%)• Instrumental in growing customer ecommerce purchases by over 800% to over $223 million annually. Ecommerce orders increased over 700% in that same time period.• Solely responsible for customer and internal staff outreach through one-on-one and group presentations to over 3,000 customers,110 branch location managers and numerous counter people, as well as in excess of 200 sales and support staff.• Distributor Managed Inventory (DMI) Manager uniquely responsible for qualifying customers, promoting, administration, training and follow up of this replenishment software tool since the onset of the program.
