Prior to this, Mark held several leadership roles with Flextronics, a $25B EMS Fortune 500 company, culminating in his eventual position as SVP & GM, Server and Storage Division, where he managed all aspects of the business globally. Mark managed this $2.5B division which included a product design center in Taiwan that created product platforms that led to market share expansion as the #1 Server and Storage provider in North America. Mark holds a B.S. in Finance from Nichols College in Massachusetts and completed Stanford University’s Executive Development Program.

Seen as the dominant market share leader in the high performance HVAC market in North America, we built a reputation of innovation and best positioned to deliver energy efficient solutions to our customers.We grew our data center business over 100% in three years from $20M in annual sales to over $45M and developed relationships with the most highly respected global leaders in this space. In my role as President, I have responsibility for strategic planning, product development, sales and marketing, all aspects of operations and supply chain management as well as after sales support.Full responsibility for all aspects of P&L management and KOI's such as revenue, operating profit, cash management, CAPEX and others.
