At Katun, this strategic planning resulted in 20% year on year growth with the largest US customer. The plan also drove the successful launch of multiple new products resulting in $400K revenue in the first half of 2018 and accelerating to a $1.5M annual run rate. At Powermation, I helped develop and deploy a set of sales tools and a marketing campaign focused on custom engineered solutions. This changed the conversation with customers and prospects- focusing the sales team on identifying opportunities and presenting value-added capabilities.
