Provided innovative solutions to complex business transformation/technology focused programs for Financial Services clients. Led multiple business transformations projects, including a large global Tax system implementation. Managed resources in 8 different countries, spanning 3 continents, while driving delivery of the associated custom software.Delivered the inaugural RPA (using Ui Path) project for the Dallas office and for the client. Strategized with client’s senior management in building the RPA pipeline, roadmap and overall approach to RPA. While managing the team that designed, built and deployed the RPA process for customer identified fraudulent transactions.

Led complex, multi-year technology focused projects at major financial services providers. For a top 3 US bank, led the largest workstream, with a team of over 50 EY and client resources, to respond to a regulatory finding requiring immediate attention. Coordinated with ~1,000 application owners in the collection, and verification, of data lineage and controls information.Client requested PMO lead for test data automation program. Built and directed the program’s PMO. Managed multi-million dollar budget, ~100 resources, timeline, executive status reporting, business owner relationships and designed/implemented benefit tracking mechanism for the $10M+ annual savings.

Provided payments expertise, encompassing Card processing and ATM driving, to technology focused projects, enabling business requirements to be captured and reflected in final system design. This included selling and managing a full SDLC project to develop a new web-based client portal for an ATM driving system. Managed both onshore and offshore teams, using an agile software development methodology.

Recruited to expand consulting offerings, introduce quantitative-based consulting and manage client engagements. Combined unique blend of expertise across consulting and analytics to optimize client satisfaction and maximize revenue generation throughout consulting project lifecycle. Led teams of up to 50 to execute projects involving multiple aspects of retail banking, including operations, marketing, compliance, IT and the branch network. Strategically managed project budgets, capitalized on cross-sell opportunities, and developed deliverables and key metrics.

Inaugurated Analytical Services Practice within Business Consulting Division from conception through successful operation. Devised and executed competitive strategies in line with consulting objectives and needs of financial services marketplace. Directed teams through all stages of highly-complex consulting projects, with direct oversight of budgets, timelines, executive relationships, and related sales opportunities. Leveraged data mining to identify and capitalize on client opportunities.

Built and established Analytical Services Group from ground up to provide IT expertise and analytical support to global financial consulting engagements. Directed all phases of project lifecycle for analytical consulting engagements in the US and abroad, with projects averaging between 3 and 12 months in length. Conducted senior-level meetings with domestic and international banking clients to define project scope, objectives, and timetables. Mentored and led teams to ensure seamless project delivery in line with all business requirements.

Designed and built Data Conversion Department. Converted financial institution’s asset management/trust systems to Fidelity’s trust accounting software - AMtrust. Converted numerous banks' trust systems to AMtrust ranging from 1,200 accounts with $1bn in assets to over 40,000 accounts with over $80bn in assets, these conversions included several Top-50 financial institutions including SunTrust, Comerica and Harris Bank.

As team leader was responsible for converting acquired banks' trust system on to NationsBank system - AMtrust. Led multiple trust conversion teams, converting over 40K accounts and $30bn in assets.
