Direct report to the CIO and member of the Executive Operating Committee. One of the top 150 Delphi global executives, responsible for Global Operations, plus Application and Infrastructure Services for 150,000 associates worldwide. Leads a team of nearly 1,000 professionals and manages budget of $250 million.o Global Operations – Responsible for global team of service delivery managers organized by region (Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific). Focus on consistent global delivery of change, incident, and problem management processes in support of daily operations. - Established consistent “follow the sun” operational model, including standard for resilient operations- Worked with CISO to provide for an effective security landscape (firewall, IDS, load balancers, etc.)- Coordinated efforts with the Controller and Internal Audit to administer operational governanceo Application and Infrastructure Services Management – Responsible for a global team of service management professionals organized along traditional “tower” disciplines in a significantly outsourced environment. Focus on service level agreements, global service consistency, capacity management, and financial management.- Leveraged workflow/automation platform to drive efficiencies in user and device provisioning- Led in-sourcing and establishment of local area network team, achieving 45% cost reduction- Established full services data centers in 3 regions to support server consolidation and virtualizationo Supplier Relationship Management – Responsible for strategic sourcing, contract management, and relationship management of technology service providers. - Sourced desktop services to deliver analytics, client satisfaction, knowledge, self-help, etc.- Established enterprise licensing agreements and architected global service provider agreements (ex. Microsoft, Oracle, ServiceNow)
