My experience at RWDI is extensive, having spent several years working in the fields of air quality and sustainable building consultation. Highlights as Project Engineer in the Air Quality group include: 1. Conducted detailed pollutant dispersion studies for over 100 laboratory, health care and research facilities across the globe; 2. Led dozens of client meetings to discuss air quality test results and how they benefit human health and reduce environmental impact; and3. Met with design teams and facilities personnel on-site to assess baseline conditions and provide instant guidance on how to design to provide better air quality. Highlights as Project Engineer in the Sustainability Group include:1. Developed the energy code for the largest planned net-zero community in the world;2. Supported LEED certification for several green building projects in Canada and the United States; and 3. Developed dynamic energy simulations to quantify building energy consumption and assess energy conservation measures for many developments in North America and the Middle East.

I joined GE in 2003 and worked extensively on pilot plant studies of drinking water membrane filtration systems. I transitioned into the Applications division after two years and worked on detailed technical bids for municipal water treatment projects. These roles helped to develop my expertise in contract and drawing reviews, proposal development, client communication and test analyses. Highlights during my time at GE include:1. Wrote the winning bid for one of the largest municipal water treatment plants in Ontario; 2. Developed numerous proposals for Ontario and Quebec, using both official languages; and3. Collaborated regularly with various business groups to deliver the best proposal for the client.4. Validated the company’s latest ultrafiltration membrane products via rigorous pilot-scale tests; 5.
