Oversaw the integration of MWV policies and procedures into the former Pen-Tab facilities and employees. Managed team members through significant culture change for the second time in less than three years. Supported corporate objectives for cost streamlining as a result of the recently completed merger. Became member of the Core Team for the design and setup of the division’s new SAP R/3 ERP implementation project.
