- Provide housing and day-to-day assistance, tailored to the different needs of an individual with developmental disabilities
- Work with client to become more self-sufficient.
- Assure care and supervision of the client twenty-four hours per day and that medical services are provided and documented.
- Maintain regular and effective communication with the service coordinator for the client who lives withthem, and work cooperatively and facilitate relationships with the individual’s guardian and/or natural family.
- Support and facilitate contact with the client's natural family.
