I worked with client web development and e-commerce teams to add user generated content(UGC) directly into their product pages. Technical lead on projects that lasted anywhere from 6-12 weeks with some of the largest US retailers. I provided usability, UX and javascript best practices and mitigated issues with installing an out-of-the-box SaaS into a wide variety of different e-commerce platforms, both custom platforms and 3rd party systems like Websphere and Demandware.
